Blueprint Lab

Blueprint Lab is an elite small-group training and mentorship series led by professional midfielder Nikayla Small, designed for young athletes ready to train with purpose and professional standards.

Each session is intentionally capped to ensure focused coaching, high-level repetitions, and meaningful mentorship. This is not drop-in training — it's a structured, high-performance environment where athletes build their skills, confidence, and decision-making through progressive development and professional-level training standards. Capacity of 20 athletes each session.

All Around
the Pitch

All Around the Pitch is a FREE community football experience designed to help young athletes build confidence, develop their skills, and experience every position on the field alongside professional players.

Athletes rotate through goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, and striker stations led by professional athletes — gaining hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to different areas of the game in a fun and supportive environment. Open to athletes of all skill levels.

Every participant receives a t-shirt, a player passport to collect signatures during training, and a complimentary food truck experience.

Where do the events take place?

Small Foundation events take place across the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. Specific venue and location details are shared with registered participants before each session.

Is there a cost to attend Small Foundation programs?

All Around the Pitch is completely FREE — open to all athletes aged 7–14, no experience required. Blueprint Lab pricing details are available upon registration.
